This week at The Courtyard

Sneak peek #29 -- another intake Monday reserved for our consigner appointments and the items they bring in to have approved for sale in our shop.  The entire morning is devoted to viewing, accepting, entering each item in the computer program, making price tags and and then placing them on each item with the matching description.  At the same time, large furniture pieces that have been pre-approved are brought in and a decision is made if it can stay in the shop or if it needs to go into storage for a short time.  If we have sold large furniture pieces or rugs during the week, our movers then bring in items that have been in storage to fill in the empty spots. We break for lunch and then spend the afternoon rearranging furniture and carpets, paintings and mirrors and finding just the right spot for each of the "small" things so that they can best be seen and enjoyed.  Our decorators do a fantastic job of taking hundreds of items that have no relationship to one another and making them look beautiful and inviting.  Each Tuesday morning The Courtyard looks new and welcoming to all those loyal shoppers who come to see and purchase the perfect item for them.  Come in and see for yourself just what a wonderful assortment of things we have available.
