Sneak peek #57 -- OMG, this was the Monday from Hell! It took 10 of us a total of 58 hours to create the end result. We had a great response to our Sidewalk Sale and many items were sold and needed to be delivered or moved to storage to await pick-up. Other items were being reclaimed and had to be taken down or rolled up in the case of a large rug. The movers also brought in many of the new things to be consigned and then we had to decide if we had room for these items to come into the shop or did they need to go to storage for a few weeks. While this is going on we also had 12 consignment appointments for small items that takes the first 2 hours of the morning. Everything has to be marked, priced, entered into the computer and price tags made then applied to each item. Furniture coming into the shop from storage also has to get new tags with the current date. During lunch, we managed to fit in a small birthday party for 3 of our special "Monday girls" with a cake that was to die for! YUM! So, after all of this, we now have a lovely shop with a complete new look that we hope you will enjoy.
