Pine armoire at The Courtyard

"Green Light Special" #5 -- Another Friday so we have GLS #5 for you and this time is it a lovely large pine armoire/cabinet with 4 doors and a drawer on the bottom.  This has the original hardware and  not certain if this can be called antique (over 100 yrs. old) but it is definitely not a reproduction.  Each set of doors has a key so that it can be locked to keep things safe from busy little fingers.  This would work well for an office, to store clothing, books, linens, games and toys or even a bar with room for glassware and bottles.  We never have enough storage space especially in some older homes where the closets were so much smaller than we need currently.  This piece has been in the shop priced at $395 but for the next week it can be yours for only $325.  What a deal!  Come see this for yourself.

"Green Light Special" #4 -- this week our special is a Baker dining room double pedestal table in nice condition.  It measures approximately 77 inches x 49 inches plus there is a leaf that is 22 inches wide.  Lots of flexibility with room for guests or extra family at those special dinners.  Come shop with us!

Today is the beginning a new year and a new idea.  We are going to offer a "Green Light Special" probably on a weekly basis, of items in our shop that have been donated.  This allows us the ability to lower the price in hopes of stimulating our shoppers to come in and take home a terrific piece of furniture, set of china, painting, etc.  You take home something wonderful and Wellness House receives all the proceeds for their programs benefiting families living with cancer.  Win - Win!
